Allison joined the staff of Our Lady of Guadalupe May 2018. She is a graduate of William Jewell College (Liberty, MO) with degrees in Music and Communication. She is a classically trained pianist, vocalist and flutist. Allison has enjoyed a variety of roles thoughout the state of Missouri as publicist, designer and marketing director in the radio and publishing industries. In 1998, she and her husband returned to her hometown of St. Joseph where she served 10 years as Executive Director to the Saint Joseph Symphony Orchestra. She has also devoted her personal time as Vice President to the Allied Arts Council, Chair of the Annual Arts Fund, President of the MWSU Fine Arts Society, Entertainment Chair for the former Trails West! Festival and a governor appointment to the board of the Missouri Arts Council. Allison is certified by the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as an Arts in Education advocate and has directed the Reflections Program for the St. Joseph School District Parent Teacher Association. In 2007 she had the honor of "opening" for Taylor Swift by performing the National Anthem for her on her US Tour through Kansas City/St. Joseph.
Allison and her husband, Todd, have been married 29 years and are the proud parents of Carson (Senior student of Business/Logistics at the University of Missouri/Columbia) and Sofie (Freshman at William Jewell College, Liberty, MO). She loves to travel, sing and direct the Parish Choir, develop the OLOG Website and maintain the social media presence for OLOG.
